Scuba diving can be amazing.  But it can also be anxiety-inducing when we step outside of our comfort zone.    


Your anxiety could be caused by any number of things:


  • Struggling with the required skills as part of your course
  • It could be past experiences which are getting in the way of your thinking.
  • Maybe you are worried about being in the water.

It is natural to be cautious, but if you have had a medical evaluation to ensure you are fit to dive but nerves are preventing this, lets talk.
